Our Chalet Bistro

Enjoy a farm to table menu re-created every week by our fabulous team here at Sarabah Estate Vineyard. It’s important for us to support local so where possible we use fresh produce from our own veggie garden and our local farming friends. Email us for any menu enquiries, diverse eating choices and or large bookings. Our Bistro is open Friday 11-4pm, Saturday 11-4pm and Sunday 11-4pm. Please note private functions may change these hours on occasion so please call to book in to be safe or check us out on Instagram we are very active on there with our daily movements. The Smoke & Vine Bar is open after hours on Saturday evenings.

Very Good Gelato

Since the beginning of our cheese making journey, it only felt natural to extend our artistic expression to satisfy our sweet tooth. This is where our Very Good Gelato was born! Made fresh from local milk (4Real Milk), we use only the best products and freshest ingredients from the Scenic Rim to help us make the creamiest and most indulgent ice cream possible. With locally inspired flavours like burnt fig and honeycomb or rhubarb rose, we are continuously creating new weird and wonderful flavours. It’s a must try when you stop in to our cellar door or our selected retailers.

Cellar Door

Our Cellar door is open for tastings Friday to Sunday. Drop by for brunch, lunch or an early dinner with the family, enjoy a glass of wine and visit our farm animals. We are only 45 minutes’ drive from the Gold Coast and just over 1 hour from Brisbane. 

Bistro Menu

Our Bistro Menu changes 4 times a year, going with the seasonal best produce. Check out our current menu above. Specials will be seen on the night. 

Our Home Made Cheeses

Whilst visiting us, it’s a must to try our range of cheeses. To support local, we only use fresh milk from our friends at ‘4 Real Milk’ Dairy to ensure we create fresh and creamy cheese. You’ll be back for more! Try our baked Truffle Triple Cream Brie at The Chalet Bistro on your next visit!
