How do I book an area outside?

Our outside areas are “first come first served basis”. We do recommend contacting our staff to let us know what size of group will be attending and we will do our best to save space for you.

How do I book a table for your Smoke and Vine Bar?

Our Smoke and Vine bar is an outside bar. There is plenty of outside seating available or you can grab a blanket and enjoy a pizza picnic amongst the vines or near our bonfire.

Can I sit in the bistro with my pizza?

Unfortunately, our Bistro is restricted to our Bistro menu. There is plenty of beautiful seating in our Olive Grove or Secret Garden.

How do I book a tasting in your tasting room?

At this stage we run our tasting room as a classic walk in basis. Please enjoy a seat on our couches if a tasting is in progress or you can enjoy a walk and explore our estate.

Are you pet friendly?

Yes, we love animals here and love seeing all our customers with their well behaved furry friends. We do ask that all animals stay on leads as we have many native animals around.

Can I ride my horse to your estate?

Of course! We do have 4 x stables for short term riders or you are more than welcome to peg out an area! Please note that we do have many different animals around so we trust your instincts with your animal.

How do I request a wedding consultation?

Our wedding consults are organised for 9am Saturday or Sunday or 4pm Saturday and Sunday. Please contact us to speak with Hannah, our Vineyard Manager to check.

Do you provide transport to and from your venue?

We are a small family owned vineyard, therefore don’t have the capacity for transport unfortunately. We can recommend you contact ‘Specialised Transport Australia’ to get you a private car service from both Brisbane and the Gold Coast or you can call them on 0411 288 379 or 0475 288 379.

I have food allergies, can I still come to the event?

YES, you’re welcome of course, we will cater to your needs if you let us know prior, please email us at wine@sarabahestate.com.au – though please note that we trade only 3 days per week, Friday, Saturday and Sunday and do our very best to get back to you within those 3 days, if not sooner.

Will the Event be cancelled if raining?

No, your seating and overhead festoon lights will all be comfortably laid out inside our Chalet Bistro.

Is there wheelchair access?

There are a few bumps but if that’s okay – we are very accessible for wheelchairs and prams.

Can I get a refund? What is the latest I can get a refund?

YES, there is a cancellation policy, where you can get a refund up until midday the day prior if you have a booking with us. 30 Hours prior is the cut off.

Is there low sports car parking?

Our road is gravel and we cross a causeway to arrive, yet it is easily traversable in an Audi R8 and Porsche Cayman.

Are we pet friendly?

Absolutely. Please bring along your pets, we have horse stables and blankets for your convenience.

Helicopter landings?

Helicopter landings – there is a specific landing spot walking distance through the vines to the Chalet.

Do you have a Gift Shop on site?

Yes we do, it’s stunning, please check it out or browse Online store.

Can we phone or text orders?

Yes you can, (07) 5543 4746.

Do you offer takeaways from all the menus?

Yes we do, definately.

How many seats for special events?

Each event will vary, but our Dinner Under the Stars events have roughly 60 guests in a night.

Is there a children’s Menu?

There is a Kids Fish and Chips and Chicken and chips meal up for grabs please ask.

Are you affected by rain?

A part of our drive way does flood so please call to double check if flash flooding.

Will your booking deposit come off your total bill on the night?

YES, you will only pay the gap on the night at the counter after your delicious meals and wine.

Can we choose inside or outside seating?

The Starry Night monthly event is under the stars therefore it is outside and only in poor weather events will it be inside. Only one area is set up for guest dining and another inside for our bar and lounges.

Do I have to leave early if I book the 6pm seating?

No, you are welcome to stay on in our bar, beside the fire and mingle with our other like-minded foodie guests.

Do I get to choose my seating time?

YES, There are 2 seatings, 6pm and 7.30pm. The tickets are DIFFERENT so please book/select the ticket at your chosen time when booking to save confussion.

Each menu design our chef specifically creates for you! Tim has a very innovative reach which does not specifically cater to children but young foodie adventurous ones will enjoy.
